Shipping Policy

Packaging
Being an eco-friendly business is very important to me.  Due to this I will use recycled packaging whenever possible. Please re-use or recycle your orders packaging.
Greeting Cards
Greeting cards and note cards are placed in glassine bags or packages, and placed in a rigid mailer or small box to arrive safely to you. 
8x10” and 11x14” Prints
Each art print is individually signed and placed in a cellophane wrapper and shipped flat in a sturdy mailer.
Larger Prints
Each large print is individually signed and placed in a cellophane wrapper and placed in a sturdy cardboard tube for safe shipping. (Please allow up to 21 days processing time on large prints).
Original Paintings/ Commissions
Originals are signed on the front and signed and dated on the back and placed in a cellophane wrapper and placed in a rigid mailer or a box depending on size to arrive safely to you.
Watercolor Paint
In most cases pans are individually wrapped in foil with a wax liner and a label. Some sets are wrapped together.  6 or more half pans are shipped inside a FREE metal tin. Orders are shipped either in a padded envelope or a small box. 
Stationery/Notebooks
Notebooks are placed in glassine bags and shipped in small recycled boxes.
Shipping

I make every attempt to have all orders ready to ship within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise stated. This is processing time. My regular shipping days are Tuesday and Friday. Please allow up to 21 days processing time for large prints (larger than 11x14), Originals and anything made to order like Notebooks and Stationery . This is processing and packaging time and does not include the actual time to ship. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. I ship primarily via USPS First class or priority mail. Delivery confirmation is included. Packages are not insured. I am not responsible for missing/lost/stolen packages. Once USPS acknowledges receipt of your package you must follow instructions in the tracking information and reach out to them with issues. Please also do let me know and I will provide info if I can help. Please contact me for rush orders and/ or use priority mail. 

Returns

I am happy to provide you with a full refund or exchange of any non sale or clearance items provided you contact me within 10 days and the item is received in resell condition. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. If your item is received damaged please contact me (with photos) within 10 days for a replacement item.
